Saara joined the Salingre team in 2015 and she advises corporate clients on a wide range of legal matters.

One of her key focus areas is M&A. She has experience of drafting contracts relating to complex transactions and arrangements. She also manages due diligence processes in the M&A team.

Saara also advises clients with employment law and data protection matters and is passionate about finding practical and sustainable solutions for clients relating to these areas.

Thanks to her experience with due diligence, data protection, employment law, occupational safety and dispute resolution, Saara understands versatile legal requirements as well as the everyday challenges companies face. She is the go-to person for internal legal audits and can help to develop clients’ processes to comply with legal requirements. She is also an enthusiastic and experienced lecturer and is happy to arrange lectures and workshops relating to her areas of expertise.

Saara also drafts and comments on commercial contracts and advises clients on their day-to-day legal needs.
