Mats has dedicated his career to dispute resolution, in most of its forms within business law: litigation, arbitration, mediation and white collar crime. He believes that a good trial lawyer is able to handle in depth any substance law issues within a dispute and excel in the understanding and practice of the relevant procedural rules. According to his clients, He is analytic, easily accessible and strategic in his approach towards dispute resolution. He is a distinguished and highly skilled attorney and he has an extensive network of professionals in other law firms, district attorneys, judges, arbitrators and mediators.
Throughout his career, Mats has also provided legal advice to corporate clients, many of them being international enterprises with subsidiaries in Finland, listed companies, major family owned companies and their directors.
