We are particularly focused on private M&A and our typical clients are entrepreneurs, family-owned companies, investors selling their business, and private equity or venture capital investors making an investment or an acquisition.
Over the years, we have been involved in numerous domestic as well as cross-border M&A transactions representing both buyers and sellers. Many of our M&A clients are long-term and we have helped them with multiple transactions over the years.
We have a dedicated team of M&A experts, most of whom have a background in dispute resolution, which is an invaluable asset when drafting M&A contracts that minimise potential future disputes. In M&A deals, we usually work in teams of two to five lawyers – depending on the size and the nature of the transaction.
