Salingre acted as counsel to the majority shareholders of Greener Group in a transaction whereby all shares of Greener Group were sold to Entti Group. The sellers will continue as minority shareholders of Entti Group. The transaction creates one of Finland’s largest landscaping companies with a revenue of approximately 14.5 MEUR and more than 200 employees.
