Salingre acted as legal counsel to the majority shareholders of Greener Group in a transaction whereby all shares in the company were sold to Entti Group. Following the completion of the transaction, the sellers reinvested in the combined entity and continued as minority shareholders of Entti Group, supporting the company’s future growth and strategic development.
The transaction brought together two established operators in the landscaping and environmental construction sector, creating one of Finland’s largest landscaping companies, with combined annual revenue of approximately EUR 14.5 million and more than 200 employees. The strengthened organisation is well positioned to serve customers nationwide and to pursue further consolidation in the fragmented landscaping market.
